Introduction

The product is suitable for home use to cut poultry mouth, such as chicks, duck and so

on. It is very convenient to take and easy operate.

It is not only to operate, but also it is automatic to count.

1.Brief Introduction

This product is small size, light weight and installed photoelectric counting system, reflects the essence of modern debeaker. Photoelectric principle controls low-speed motor, drive electric blade up and down movement, the upper is equipped counting function and count automaticly. The whole machine includes photovoltaic device, transformers, motors, fans, electric heat knife, multi-stage switching voltage regulator, and so on.

3.Operation Attention

(1)After connecting with electric, the fan will work.

(2)Rotate knife temperature button(1-6 speed) to adjust knife from light red to orange red, now the knife does not move, it is normal.

(3)Take the chicks near to the kinfe, put the chicks heads in the knife hole, the knife will automaticly fall down to cut and stop 2-3 seconds to hemostasis.

(4)If the worker find the knife not red, pls remove the knife, and get rid of the surface oxide layer with gauze or rasp.

Pls be sure to tighten the nut during installation and use again.

(5)The red rod of the counter is in "0" place.

(6)The machine connecting rod activity organization should add lubricating oil regularly.
